Converting the rear of your car or truck to disc brakes? The hoses that feed the calipers matter. Standard rubber hoses swell under pressure, which robs you of pedal feel and stopping power. This pair of braided stainless steel hoses resists that expansion, so more of your pedal effort goes straight to the calipers.

These are the 18" banjo-style hoses we use on our rear disc brake conversion kits and on several of our front kits that use the 10mm banjo. They’re a proven, direct match for the setups we sell every day.

Braided stainless steel for a firmer pedal
A stainless steel braid wraps the hose, limiting swelling under hard braking. You feel it right away in a firmer, more responsive pedal, and it stays consistent stop after stop. The braid also protects the hose from road debris and abrasion and keeps its sharp look for years.

10mm banjo end for a clean caliper connection
The caliper end has a straight 10mm banjo fitting, the size used on most rear disc brake conversion calipers. It gives a compact, leak-free connection right at the caliper.

Standard 3/8"-24 inverted flare at the frame
The other end has a straight 3/8"-24 inverted flare female fitting. It connects directly to standard 3/16" hard brake lines, the most common size on American cars and trucks.

18" long for room to move
At 18" long, the hoses give plenty of slack for rear axle and suspension travel on most cars and trucks.

Fully assembled, with everything you need to install
Both hoses come fully assembled and ready to bolt on, with no crimping or assembly needed. The banjo bolts, copper crush washers and hose clips are included, so you have everything to mount them in one box.

Please note: Measure before ordering to make sure 18" is the right length for your vehicle. Check that your caliper uses a 10mm banjo bolt and that your hard lines use 3/8"-24 inverted flare fittings. Always use new copper crush washers when installing banjo fittings.
