1961-65 Scout 80 & 1966-71 800, 800A, 800BThis Pirate Jack Exclusive disc brake kit for your Scout and is sure to stop on a dime! Convert your 1961-1965 Scout 80 with DANA 25/27 Knuckles over to Disc Brakes. Works with stock height Scouts or if you have a lift or oversize tires this is the kit for you.

Pirate Jack made this kit ready to bolt on with little modifications. Your stock drum spindles will work with this kit!

You will need to grind on the knuckle for clearance and you must supply the lines to hook up the proportioning valve. We do not offer those.

Will need to grind knuckles to fit caliper. *Easy to do*
MUST re-use your wheel hub axle stub
Must use aftermarket 15" 5x5.5 or larger rims and does NOT work with the OEM skinny factory drum rims.
