This Pirate Jack power brake conversion pairs an 8" dual chrome power brake booster with a Wilwood® 1" bore polished aluminum oval master cylinder for a classy, high-end look backed by a name builders trust. Matching stainless steel booster brackets, a chrome proportioning valve made to fit the Wilwood oval master, pre-bent stainless lines and a chrome valve bracket complete the package. It's built for 1959-64 Impala, Bel Air and Biscayne with front disc / rear drum brakes.

Chrome and Polished Aluminum That Stand Out

The 8" dual diaphragm booster is finished in bright chrome and mounts on angled stainless steel brackets. The polished aluminum Wilwood master sits right on top, and the matching chrome proportioning valve mounts off the left side of the master on its own chrome bracket. Pre-bent stainless steel lines connect the valve to the master for a clean, finished look. It's a power brake setup you'll want to show off.

Wilwood® 260-8555-P Master Cylinder

The Wilwood 1" bore high volume tandem master cylinder is designed mainly for power brake systems, which makes it a natural match for the 8" booster. It's machined from a high-pressure die casting and weighs only about 3 lbs, roughly 75% lighter than most cast iron OE master cylinders. Fluid outlet ports on both sides of the bore make plumbing easy.

A Matched Proportioning Valve

Pirate Jack's chrome proportioning valve is made specifically to fit the Wilwood® oval master cylinder for disc/drum brakes. It's a fixed GM-style valve, so there's nothing to adjust. It's set to balance your front disc and rear drum brakes right out of the box.
