Your Tri-Five Chevy is a classic, but its original drum brakes belong in a museum. This complete Pirate Jack 4-wheel power disc brake kit replaces the drums at all four corners with 11" cross-drilled and slotted rotors, adds Wilwood D52 dual-piston calipers up front and e-brake rear calipers out back, and ties it all together with a Wilwood black oval master cylinder and a 8" dual power booster.

The front kit bolts to your stock drum brake spindles, so your Chevy sits exactly where it should. And unlike many kits, we include the stainless steel braided hoses, banjo bolts, and copper crush washers, so there's nothing extra to buy before you can finish the job.

Wilwood D52 Front Caliper Specs

Wilwood has built performance and racing brakes since 1977. The D52's forged aluminum body and stainless pistons end the rust, bore pitting, and seal failures of single-piston OE calipers, with a big weight savings and high-temperature reliability for the street.

Not recommended for Buick, Oldsmobile, or Pontiac. These cars are similar to Chevrolet but have differences that keep this kit from bolting on directly, and we can't advise on modifying it to fit.

Wheel Requirements
Requires 15" or larger wheels. Smaller wheels will have caliper clearance issues.

Rear End Requirement
The rear disc brake kit is designed for GM 10-bolt and 12-bolt rear ends.

Bolt Pattern
Rotors use a 5 x 4.75" bolt pattern.

⚠️ Installation Notes

• Wheel offset: Disc brake conversions typically add about 1/4" to 3/8" of track width per wheel compared to drums.
• Master cylinder: Bench bleed the master cylinder before installing it. Use fresh DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid.
• Brake bias: Set your front-to-rear balance with the adjustable proportioning valve.
• E-brake: Adjust the e-brake cables after installation and confirm the parking brake holds.
• Test drive: Check for leaks and test the brakes at low speed in a safe area before driving.
