Will it fit my car, truck or van? YES! The star washer in this kit will ONLY fit 2002 and below. The rest of the parts will work! Be careful taking our your star retaining clip as you will need to reuse it if your vehicle is manufactured after 2002.

This is a truly UNIVERSAL kit that can be used on your Dodge, Ford, Chevy, 1000's of makes and model vehicles. We have sold thousands of these kits and found them to work on virtually anything you'd drive your family in. The answer is YES to any car, truck or van that is smaller than a dump truck or stepside delivery van. A dump truck or box truck/van is the only applications that I know these kits not to work on, and unfortunately I don't have any other information on these applications.

So, before you call and ask it if fits your car or truck I can stop you right there and say YES it fits. Does it fit my Ford Truck.... YES.....Does it fit my Dodge.....YES....Does it....ok wait i told you that it fits ALL hydro-boost Bendix units. If you buy the kit and it for 1 in 1million chance it does not work, I will send a call tag to get the kit back from you and refund you your entire purchase price, if it is shipped back in its entirety.

Great! For a one size fits all

The kit had everything I needed.The spring retainer was of lesser quality than what was in mine so I didn’t use it. Everything would have gone quite smooth and quickly if it weren’t for the instructions. There is a video linked to on the website, Where a guy thinks he messed his up because he lost the check ball.There is no ball, he put something in backwards. If you watch the video before rebuilding your Hydro boost, you might end up spending hours on your knees second-guessing whether or not you saw a check ball pop out when you disassembled the thing and scouring the floor with a magnet. I eventually put mine back together with what I had in the kit and just hooked it to the hoses without installing it and crank the engine and it worked fine. Also, there is much consensus on the Internet that if you have the ”staked in” pushrod that it will have to be cut and then welded back together after the O-rings are changed. I was able to stretch the O-rings over the big end and get them onto the piston without damaging them. I left the old ones in place until the new ones were just almost in position in case something got damaged while sliding it up. This was very important, because the main leak on my unit was through the firewall and into the carpet. This kit is a real lifesaver. It is so nice to not be tracking power steering fluid inside wherever I go.

Hydroboost sprung a leak one week before vacation. This kit saved us. I needed the valve that comes in this kit, so I'm glad I paid the extra $5 for the deluxe kit.

Have not yet had the time to install quite yet but order came quickly and with detailed instructions on how to rebuild hydro-boost. Very happy and thankful there is someone supplying rebuild parts for these brake systems. Only thing left is to install which I’m confident will be simple and easy. Thank you pirate jack

Not one to write reviews, but this Hydro-Boost rebuild kit worked awesome! No more leaks. If you have some mechanical ability you should be able to install the kit with no problems. Make sure you have a clean surface and pay attention to how it all comes apart.

Very cool. Didn't realize there was a kit for hydro-boost units. I prefer to rebuild myself over buy rebuilder and boost units are pricey. Looks complete and instructions are detailed. Thanks Guys!

I have a 2005 Astro. The rod is staked on these. For the price this kit is how you save hundreds of dollars and stop leaking power steering fluid everywhere. It's more difficult to remove the booster and install it than installing this kit. If you have a booster leak or a soft pedal, buy this kit and get to work!
