Will it fit my car, truck or van? YES! The star washer in this kit will ONLY fit 2002 and below. The rest of the parts will work! Be careful taking our your star retaining clip as you will need to reuse it if your vehicle is manufactured after 2002.

This is a truly UNIVERSAL kit that can be used on your Dodge, Ford, Chevy, 1000's of makes and model vehicles. We have sold thousands of these kits and found them to work on virtually anything you'd drive your family in. The answer is YES to any car, truck or van that is smaller than a dump truck or stepside delivery van. A dump truck or box truck/van is the only applications that I know these kits not to work on, and unfortunately I don't have any other information on these applications.

So, before you call and ask it if fits your car or truck I can stop you right there and say YES it fits. Does it fit my Ford Truck.... YES.....Does it fit my Dodge.....YES....Does it....ok wait i told you that it fits ALL hydro-boost Bendix units. If you buy the kit and it for 1 in 1million chance it does not work, I will send a call tag to get the kit back from you and refund you your entire purchase price, if it is shipped back in its entirety.

Only used 2 seals but well worth the price. The plastic piece that guides the shaft crumbled when I took the hydroboost apart and the kit did not have a replacement. The instructions did not mention that the actuator shaft has to be the piston shaft groove during assembly. Had to take the unit apart 2 more times and check on the Duramax forum to figure out what was wrong. The brake pedal would go to the floor as soon as the engine was started . Overall, an excellent buy

I bought the biggest set of of o-rings before I knew what booster I had, I only used two o-rings, the spring retainer, plunger and two way valve. I had watched the video of the guy saying his broke because he forgot the check valve ball and when I pulled the plunger out of mine I did not see the check valve ball and had to wait till the next morning to call pirate jacks about their two way check valve, and the guy I talked to said that if mine didn’t have it then there was no need to worry about it. I reassembled it and put back in my truck no leaks and it didn’t break, I would recommend the big set just because you don’t know what yours will look like when it is taken apart.

This kit offers all the seals that you will possibly need when rebuilding a hydroboost. It is a really easy job,but as long as you pay attention to details. Includes an instruction sheet that will make your life easier. Could not be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend it.

i bought this kit to rebuild a 93 astro hydroboost. i only used 5 or 6 of the seals but the kit is made for many different models. its al pretty easy to assemble except for the pedal rod seals, they are small and tight. i used a small peice of mylar or plastic out of the trash can and wrapped it around the shaft and slid the seals in place over the plastic and removed the plastic and it worked pretty good. the junk yard hydroboost seals were hardened and cracked and the worst part was there was water in the hb. all the piston and spool surfaces cleaned up nicely with no pitting as well as their bore surfaces. i was surprised , must be made of some really good metal. i have not installed it yet but i expect no leakage will occur. i will buy a spare kit for backup as these are not so easy to find.
