This deluxe Pirate Jack package rebuilds the front of your 1965-68 Impala or Bel Air in one go. You get a complete front disc brake conversion with 11" cross drilled & slotted rotors and black powder-coated GM calipers, a matched power brake package with booster, cast iron master cylinder and proportioning valve, and a full set of tubular upper and lower control arms with ball joints already included. It's everything you need to stop better and handle better, without piecing parts together from different suppliers. Every part is brand new. Nothing is rebuilt or remanufactured.

Front Disc Brakes That Bolt On

The front kit bolts to your factory drum brake spindles. Large loaded GM calipers, powder coated black, clamp 11" cross drilled and slotted rotors that help shed heat and gas on hard stops. The stainless steel braided hoses resist swelling under pressure for a firmer, more consistent pedal. Caliper brackets, bearings, seals and all the hardware are included.

A Matched Power Brake Package

The included power brake package has a factory-look, zinc-finish power booster for an easy, confident pedal, a cast iron master cylinder, and a brass proportioning valve kit to balance your new front discs with your rear drums. A vacuum hose with intake manifold fittings is included to hook up the booster.

Tubular Control Arms Built for Lowered Cars

The full set of four tubular steel control arms replaces your tired factory stampings. Heavy-wall tubing and reinforced spring pockets handle the extra load that comes with a lowered car, and the geometry is designed to keep your camber correct when you run drop spindles or drop coils. The arms are ready for coil springs and work with coil-overs, air suspension and drop springs. They come complete with factory-style ball joints, bump stops and long-lasting Delrin bushings, all finished in black powder coat.

Fitment

Full-size Chevrolet only. This package will not fit 1965-68 Pontiac, Buick or Oldsmobile full-size cars. Not sure? Call us at 866-601-4455 before ordering.

Before You Order

• Wheels: You need 15" or larger wheels. The kit does not work with wire wheels.
• Factory spindles: The front brakes bolt to your factory drum brake spindles. They do not work with aftermarket 2" drop spindles.
• Coil springs: The control arms are ready for coil springs. Reuse your springs, or add drop springs or coil-overs if you're lowering the car.
• Brake system: The proportioning valve is set up for front disc / rear drum brakes.
• Wheel offset: Disc brake conversions typically push each wheel out about 1/4" to 3/8". Check fender and tire clearance.
