A complete manual front disc brake conversion for the 1962-74 Dodge Dart and Mopar A-Body. Most A-Body disc swaps make you buy new upper control arms. Ours doesn't. Our proprietary upper ball joint adapter sleeves let you keep your stock upper control arms, which saves you time and money. Add new lower ball joints, a period-correct Bendix-style manual master cylinder and an adjustable proportioning valve, and you have one of the most complete A-Body disc kits you can buy.

Keep Your Stock Upper Control Arms

Disc spindles use a different upper ball joint than the original drum setup, so most kits force you to replace the upper control arms. Our upper ball joint adapter sleeves solve that. They let the new spindles work with your factory upper arms, so you skip the cost and labor of new arms. We also include new lower ball joints, since you'll have the front end apart anyway.

Period-Correct Manual Brakes

This kit is built for manual (non-power) brakes. The Bendix-style 4-bolt master cylinder is a near-identical reproduction of the original 2225621, right down to the correct lid inscription, so your engine bay keeps its factory look. The push rod and linkage are included, and the adjustable proportioning valve lets you dial in your front-to-rear brake balance.

Before You Order

• Manual brakes: This kit is for manual (non-power) brakes and includes a manual master cylinder.
• Bolt pattern: The rotors are drilled for 5 x 4.5". Your wheels must match that bolt pattern.
• Wheels: Fits most 14" wheels, but not the narrowest factory Mopar 14" wheels. Your wheels need a minimum 13.25" inside diameter and at least 4" of backspacing. Anything smaller won't let the calipers clear the wheel.
• Upper control arms: Keep your stock upper arms. The adapter sleeves in the kit let them work with the new spindles.
