Ditch the drums at all four corners and stop like you mean it. This complete Pirate Jack package converts your 1959-64 full-size Chevy to power disc brakes front and rear, with 11" drilled & slotted vented rotors, big bore black powder-coated GM calipers, and stainless steel braided hoses. Under the hood, a factory-look power brake package does the work: an 8" dual zinc booster, a 1" bore dual bail cast iron master cylinder and a brass disc/disc proportioning valve kit.

The front kit bolts directly to your factory spindles, and the rear calipers have a built-in emergency brake. Every part is brand new. Nothing is rebuilt or remanufactured. Want to finish the job right? Add a made-to-order original steel or stainless steel front to rear brake line kit and replace your old front and rear lines at the same time.

Before You Order: Please Read

• Rear end: The rear kit is made for the original factory 10 or 12 bolt rear end. It will not work on aftermarket rear ends.
• Rear axle flange: The rear rotor hat fits axle flanges up to 6.11" diameter, with a 2.78" maximum register and a .050 x 45° chamfer. Measure your axle before ordering.
• Wheels: You need 15" or larger wheels.
• Wheel offset: This kit can move each wheel out up to 3/4". Check fender and tire clearance.
• Factory spindles: The front brakes bolt directly to your factory spindles.
• Brake lines: Front to rear brake lines are not included (the valve kit includes only its own lines). Reuse your existing lines, or add one of the line kits below.

Optional Upgrades: Complete Front to Rear Brake Line Kits

Replace your old lines while you're in there. Each 8 piece kit includes the front lines and rear lines from the valve to the hoses on the frame, a rear flex hose, and clips, screws & mounts. The kit relocates your proportioning valve to the firewall.
