Classic 1955–59 GM trucks have their master cylinder mounted under the floor on the frame, not on the firewall. So a standard firewall booster won’t fit. This kit is built for that layout. The power brake booster mounts to the frame in the factory location and comes complete with a disc/disc master cylinder, a proportioning valve and all the mounting hardware. Everything you need for power-assisted 4-wheel disc brakes is in one box.

Frame-mounted for a factory-style install
The booster mounts to the frame under the cab, just like the original master cylinder. That keeps the engine bay and firewall clean and uncluttered, with no cutting or firewall modifications.

Set up for 4-wheel disc brakes
The master cylinder and proportioning valve are matched for disc/disc systems. That makes the kit the perfect complement to a front and rear disc brake conversion, giving you firm, balanced braking at all four corners.

Zinc finish
The zinc plating protects against corrosion, which matters for parts mounted under the truck where they face water, salt and road grime.

Everything included
