Your 1965-68 full-size Chevy is a classic, but its original drum brakes belong in a museum. This complete Pirate Jack package replaces the drums at all four corners with 11" cross-drilled and slotted rotors, adds black Wilwood D52 dual-piston calipers up front and matching black e-brake rear calipers out back, and ties it all together with a Wilwood black oval master cylinder, a Wilwood adjustable proportioning valve and an 8" dual black powder-coated power booster.

The front brakes bolt to your stock drum brake spindles. And unlike many kits, we include the stainless steel braided hoses, banjo bolts, and copper crush washers, so there's nothing extra to buy before you can finish the job.

Wilwood D52 Front Caliper Specs

Wilwood has built performance and racing brakes since 1977. The D52's forged aluminum body and stainless pistons end the rust, bore pitting, and seal failures of single-piston OE calipers, with a big weight savings and high-temperature reliability for the street.

Wilwood Adjustable Proportioning Valve Kit (260-13190)

This is a true Wilwood combination proportioning valve kit, built to bolt up to Wilwood aluminum tandem master cylinders like the one in this kit. It answers the question every builder asks: where do I mount the valve?

• Wilwood 260-11179 Combination Proportioning Valve: keeps the front and rear brake circuits fully separated and lets you dial in your front-to-rear brake balance. The rear circuit runs through the adjustable proportioning valve. The front circuit has one inlet with two outlets, so you can split the lines to the front calipers or plug one outlet and run a single line.
• Stainless steel fluid tubes: precision bent, with stainless tube nuts already installed, for a simple bolt-on connection between the valve and the master cylinder
• Black e-coated left-hand mounting bracket that mounts the valve to the master cylinder
• Stainless steel button head fasteners and all mounting hardware

Fitment

Not recommended for Buick, Oldsmobile, or Pontiac. These cars are similar to Chevrolet but have differences that keep this kit from bolting on directly, and we can't advise on modifying it to fit.

Requires 15" or larger wheels. Smaller wheels will have caliper clearance issues.

Rear End Requirement
The rear disc brake kit is designed for GM 10-bolt and 12-bolt fullsize Chevy rear ends. Have a 9" rear end? Let us know before you order.

Bolt Pattern
Rotors use a 5 x 4.75" bolt pattern.

⚠️ Installation Notes

• Wheel offset: Disc brake conversions typically add about 1/4" to 3/8" of track width per wheel compared to drums.
• Master cylinder: Bench bleed the master cylinder before installing it. Use fresh DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid.
• Brake bias: Set your front-to-rear balance with the Wilwood adjustable proportioning valve.
• E-brake: Adjust the e-brake cables after installation and confirm the parking brake holds.
• Test drive: Check for leaks and test the brakes at low speed in a safe area before driving.
