It pairs a compact 8" dual diaphragm power brake booster with Ford truck mounting brackets, a matched 1" bore cast iron dual reservoir master cylinder and a disc/drum proportioning valve. The black powder coated booster, brackets and valve pair with a classic cast iron master cylinder for a clean, factory-style look under the hood.

It’s built for 1952–1977 Ford F100 and F-1 trucks running disc brakes in front and drum brakes in the rear, the most common setup on classic trucks with a front disc conversion.

Big assist, compact size
The 8" dual diaphragm booster stacks two diaphragms in one compact can. You get strong power assist in a booster small enough to fit the tight space around the firewall of a classic Ford truck. Black powder coating gives it a durable, clean finish.

Mounting made simple
The included Ford truck booster brackets bolt to the firewall using your existing master cylinder studs. The power booster rod extension with a heim joint end connects the booster to your brake pedal and adjusts, so you can set the pedal height right where you want it.

Matched master cylinder for disc/drum
The 1" bore cast iron dual reservoir master cylinder is sized for disc/drum brake systems and matched to the booster for firm, consistent pedal feel. It has a gold zinc lid with bail wire retainers and ports on the left side for clean brake line routing.

Disc/drum proportioning valve, plumbed and ready
The disc/drum proportioning valve balances brake pressure between your front discs and rear drums, so the rear brakes don’t lock up before the fronts. It mounts on a black powder coated bracket that bolts to the master cylinder, with stainless lines already run from the master cylinder to the valve. It all arrives plumbed and ready to install as one unit. A connector for your dash brake warning light is included.

⚠️ Installation Notes

• The booster brackets must sit flush against the firewall. You may need to grind away old welds and drill two new upper mounting holes, though some trucks already have them.
• Torque the master cylinder mounting nuts to 20–25 ft-lbs.
• Bench bleed the master cylinder before installing it, then bleed the system starting at the right rear wheel. Use fresh DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid only.
• Test the brakes at low speed in a safe area before driving.
