At the center of the kit is a 7" dual diaphragm power brake booster in a durable black powder-coated finish. Its compact size fits neatly under the frame while still delivering strong power assist. It’s paired with an aluminum disc/drum master cylinder with a 1" bore, which gives you the volume and pressure needed for a front disc and rear drum setup. The included proportioning valve kit is pre-plumbed for a bottom mount, so you get balanced front-to-rear braking without searching for fittings and lines.

The under-frame pedal assembly moves the brake hardware below the floor, keeping your cab clean and your setup clear of the firewall. We’ve also included both residual check valves: the 2 lb valve (red) for the disc brake circuit and the 10 lb valve (blue) for the drum brake circuit. That way your system holds the right pressure from day one.
