This front disc brake conversion turns your 1941-1971 Jeep with Dana 25 or Dana 27 front knuckles from tired drums into confident, modern disc brakes. It uses your stock drum spindles, so it bolts on with the brackets, hardware and studs included. Whether your Jeep sits at stock height or you're running a lift and oversize tires, this is the kit for you.

Disc brakes give you stronger, more consistent stops on the trail and on the road, with less fade when things heat up. This kit gives you that upgrade without hunting down parts from different suppliers.

Bolt-On Design

Your stock drum spindles stay in place, and you reuse your wheel hub axle stub. In some cases, some knuckles, a little grinding is needed for caliper clearance.

Before You Order

  • Front axle: Your Jeep must have Dana 25 or Dana 27 front knuckles.
  • Wheels: You'll need aftermarket 15" or larger wheels with a 5 x 5.5" bolt pattern. The kit does not work with the narrow OEM factory wheels.
  • Hub: You must reuse your wheel hub axle stub.
  • Knuckle clearance: Some knuckles may need light grinding for the caliper to fit.
