Most Mopar conversions stop at 11". This one doesn’t.

Most disc brake conversions for classic Mopars use 11" rotors. That’s a solid upgrade over drums, and it’s what we offer in our own DBK6272 kits. But if your B-Body or E-Body makes serious power, carries extra weight, or sees spirited driving, you’ll want more. The Pirate Jack 12" Big Brake Performance Kit gives you larger rotors, big bore calipers and a complete power brake system in one box.

Big brake hardware up front
The 12" drilled and slotted rotors give the calipers more leverage and give heat more surface area to dissipate. In practice, that means firmer, more confident stops and better fade resistance when you’re braking hard. Big bore calipers come loaded with pads and ready to bolt on. Stainless steel braided hoses give a firm, consistent pedal and finish off the performance look.

The complete package, all in one box
Most companies make you piece the rest of the system together. This kit includes our MP-750 Mopar Bendix-style power brake setup:

• 8" dual diaphragm power booster in a classic Bendix-style design
• Matching Bendix-style master cylinder
• Black powder-coated firewall bracket and steel clevis
• Bottom-mount adjustable proportioning valve, so you can dial in front-to-rear brake balance for your car, tires and driving style

The rotors, calipers, booster, master cylinder and valve are all matched to work together, so you don’t have to guess whether the parts will play nice.

Bolt-on fitment with stock height spindles
Stock height spindles keep your factory ride height. The kit includes bearings, seals, dust caps and all the hardware, so there’s no hunting for small parts halfway through the install.
