Returns Policy

You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Non defective items must be returned in as new condition for you to receive full credit. If we shipped the correct item to you, but you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for both the shipping cost to return the wrong item to us and for us to ship the replacement part to you. Items which have been altered in any way (painted, bent, etc)or show signs of installation will not be considered for full credit and may be refused entirely upon our inspection.

If you did not receive instructions for your install you can send us an Ebay Message and we are happy to send you a set. Cash/Refund-30 Days (Your refund will include a 5% restocking fee if in it?s original packaging. If product is opened or mounted 20% restocking fee will apply. (If your item was shipped to you for FREE, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.) Store Credit 30 Days (No restocking fee, less any deductions for damages, or original shipping) Exchange only 30 Days (Customer pays for shipping both ways) ****All items that shipped free will incur a 5% Stocking Fee Automatically. Shipping charges are not part of your refund and Pirate Jack is not responsible for the cost of shipping the items back and we do not send out call tags unless we have shipped you the wrong product. Credits will not be issued until the items have been shipped back to us in working condition. No returns on special order items like pre-bent line kits. If you no loner want the item you must ship back the item within 30 days and the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
